Parking Included

There is one assigned parking space for the condo which is located very close to the entrance.

Getting around

2 Free Bikes are included with your stay and are the perfect way to get to the nearby beaches. The Destin Water Taxi has a pick up/drop off very near to the condo which can take you to lots of harbor restaurants and activities for a fee. We do, however, suggest a vehicle for getting to most restaurants and other activities in the Destin area.

Hi, I’m Kandee! I’m a wife, proud Grammy, devoted Mom, travel lover, and believer that the best memories are made somewhere between sandy toes and shared laughter. My greatest joys in life are spending time with my kids and grandkids, traveling together, and soaking up every little moment we get together.

That’s what inspired Always Salty — our family’s special getaway where we can unplug, unwind, and just be together. It’s more than just a vacation rental; it’s our home away from home, where giggles fill the rooms, beach days turn into game nights, and memories are made one sunset at a time.

I’ve poured my heart into making Always Salty a cozy, clean, and welcoming space — and I love sharing it with guests who are looking for their own slice of peace, fun, and family connection. When I’m not hosting, you’ll probably find me planning our next trip.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Due to strict HOA rules min age to rent is 25. No 3rd party rentals allowed. The guest who books must be present during the stay.

Due to strict HOA rules, no more than 4 guests allowed per stay. Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy.

Payment Policy

I use Stripe to ensure your comfort with booking!

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We know things happen, so reach out if you need to cancel. You will get 100% back what you've paid, minus credit card fees we paid to process your payment, if you cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival. If canceling between 15 and 30 days before arrival, you will receive 50% of what you've paid, minus credit card fees we paid to process your payment. There is no refund canceling within 14 days of arrival. HOWEVER, if we can rebook all or some of your dates, no harm no foul, and we'll refund you whatever got booked by someone else at the lesser of the two rates (theirs or yours) minus credit card processing fees that we paid to process their payments!

Notes

Missing or damaged private beach key card results in a $50 charge.
Missing or damaged bike results in a $200 charge per bike.
